A couple of weeks ago we helped celebrate our neighbor Fernando's birthday! We usually give kids in Zacango a bunny or guinia pig for their birthday but their were no baby animals available at the time of his special day so...we gave him our rooster! He was quite happy about it. We haven't had too much luck with chickens or chicks but this rooster was actually a chick that we raised (from one of our first hens that we didn't slaughter).
