Peanut sandwich with chile powder anyone? Ziko has enculturated to Mexican life in countless ways, however, one of the most profound examples of his enculturation is his love of all food that contains chile! A couple of months ago his friend Heriberto was over playing when they took a break to fix themselves a peanut butter sandwich. When I came into the kitchen to see what they were up to I saw them pouring heaps of chile powder onto their sandwiches...and they ate the entire sandwich!
